Kedrodasos sits just east of Elafonissi — a quieter stretch of soft sand and dunes backed by juniper (cedar) trees. Same pink-tinged shallows, far fewer day-trip coaches. Ideal if you want the southwest lagoon vibe without the peak-season crush.
How to get there
Drive toward Elafonissi, then follow signs / dirt track east to Kedrodasos (~5–10 minutes past the main Elafonissi car parks). A normal car is fine with care; arrive early for parking. No regular bus stop — combine with an Elafonissi day trip by car.
Best time to visit
May–June and September–October. July–August is still busy by mid-morning but calmer than Elafonissi itself.
