01Subject Matter
This contract defines the terms and conditions under which Touristas Technologies (hereinafter "the Company") provides digital visibility and business promotion services through its platforms (DiscoverCrete, Touristas AI, etc.).
By registering and/or using the Platform services, each business (hereinafter "the Partner") declares that it has been made aware, fully understands, and unreservedly accepts these terms.
02Purpose of the Platform
The exclusive purpose of the Platform is the visibility and highlighting of businesses on an international level, through modern technologies, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
The Company does not operate as a booking intermediary, travel agency, or tourism service provider for the end user.
03Subscription – Duration
Collaboration is provided in the form of a subscription or advertising package.
Services cease automatically upon expiration unless renewed.
04Service Packages
The provided services are determined exclusively by the package chosen by the Partner.
We offer various subscription packages for Touristas AI usage.
- Basic Visibility
- Premium AI Features
Each package includes specific visibility services, functionalities, and content management capabilities.
05Content & Management
The Partner may manage their business profile through our requested methods.
The Partner bears exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and timeliness of the information they provide.
Partners' information updates may be processed through our AI services.
06Fee Policy
The Company does not impose:
- commissions on consumer bookings,
- commissions on referrals,
- hidden charges.
We charge only for advertising under Touristas Technologies company. In the future, we will have subscriptions accordingly for Touristas AI usage.
07Taxation & Invoicing
Based in Greece, Touristas Technologies, and regular invoicing across EU and GR.
All payments will be accompanied by legal documents (invoices) in accordance with the current Greek tax legislation and EU VAT rules.
08Limitation of Liability
The Company bears no responsibility for:
- loss of bookings or revenue,
- technical problems of third-party providers,
- incorrect or misleading information provided by the Partner.
The Platform is provided "as is."
09Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes come into effect from their publication on the Platform.
10Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
The present terms are governed by Greek law.
The Courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of any dispute.
11Acceptance of Terms
The use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.
